The Concept

The Mediterranean Concept of Offices & Shopping Plaza The project can be broadly divided into the two usages of shopping plaza on the upper basement, ground, first & second levels and office complexes on four floors starting from the third floor.

The Offices

The offices occupy four floors starting from the third floor to the sixth floor with an extensive range of facilities.

  • The offices can be accessed through a drop-off lobby on the rear side of the ground level or by driving down to the lower basement parking level and accessing the lift lobby. The lower basement parking level have earmarked areas for visitors and office owners. The entry points are manned by security personnel.
  • The lift lobbies fitted with passenger elevators shall be detailed out elegantly in similar style of the plaza but with a professional approach. They will be equipped with the state of art fire-fighting systems and data connectivity.
  • The offices are divided into three blocks ensuring good light and ventilation all around.
  • Adequate fire fighting provisions have been maintained at all floors.
  • There is a provision for public toilets on floor.
  • The shopping plaza and tower are provided with power back up for common areas.

The Shopping Plaza

The Plaza comprises of :
